Pros: It fits perfectly into my sales process. In my business, I usually have to talk with a potential customer to advise about my products and schedule a meeting. LiveCall helped me engage girls who visit my website and offers them an easy way to contact me.
I like the software a lot because it does not distract me from work (answering emails or live chats is a problem in my case). All I need to do is answer more incoming calls. These are usually new customers.
In fact, I've managed to make my first sale even before launching my brand. The girl that I've called back in 25 second was shock how quick it happened. That make the conversation about my products much easier.

Cons: The dashboard is a bit outdated. They should also work on reports so I have more information about the visitors. Other then that, it's pretty cool.
